At GHRPS, The Career cell has been stated with a purpose to expose the students to options that best fit their individual career needs.

Taking the right decision at the right time contributes a great deal in creating an envious career. The career cell at GHRPS works toward achieving this goal. Career cell provides students with critical information about the plethora of career options and the myriad choices ahead of them.

Functions –

1. The cell assists the parents in understanding the strengths and interests of their wards and helps them in identifying career goals and planning the career in such a way that it integrates one’s strengths, values, and hobbies.
2. The students are helped in choosing the right career option, stream, or subject options to match one’s aptitude. The students are made aware of the scope of a course or career they want to pursue, in India and abroad.
3. The information about Entrance tests, competitive exams, courses, ways to get admissions (India and abroad), etc., is provided.

The main emphasis of the Career Cell is – Career Awareness, Career Exploration, Career Preparation.

It's very important for the parent to prepare their child for the right career at the right age and to continuously motivate them to pursue it.
